Performance Objectives Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for a range of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects. Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Support the commercial team with pricing variations and additional works. Previous experience in an Estimating, Commercial or Construction Administration role would be advantageous. Experience within construction, refurbishment or building maintenance is desirable. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
