Immediate Start Maintenance Electrician

Job Description Electrician (2-3 Months)\n \n Location: Large distribution site in Corby. \n We're looking for an experienced Electrician to support a busy distribution and office facility on a 2-3 month contract. You'll carry out installs and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and general building systems, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. \n \nWhat You'll Do\n \n \n \n Perform installations and respond to reactive tasks across electrical systems, building services, and general facilities. \n \n Complete electrical maintenance, installation, testing, inspection, and fault-finding to current regulations. \n \n Identify and report hazards, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation. \n \n Support ad-hoc maintenance tasks including minor repairs, equipment moves, cleaning, and refurbishment work. \n \n \nWhat You'll Bring\n \n \n \n Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification (or equivalent). \n 18th edition wiring regs. \n \n Experience in facilities or site-based maintenance. \n \n Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently. \n \n Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices (IOSH desirable). \n \n Flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively. \n \n \nContract Details\n \n \n \n 3-month contract \n \n Full-time on-site \n \n Competitive day rate \n \n If you're a reliable, skilled Electrician who can hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you. \n This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of gap technical who are operating as an employment agency. \n gap technical are committed to the selection, recruitment and development of the best people, basing judgements solely on suitability for the job. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
