Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
  • Work closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain machinery to a high engineering standard, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship preferred.
  • Previous experience within FMCG or Packaging manufacturing environments is advantageous.
  • Strong fault-finding ability on:
    • 3-Phase Electrical Systems
    • Drives
    • PLC I/O Systems
    • Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
