gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Mechanical Engineer to work at their facility based near Wrexham.
Performance Objectives- All planned maintenance tasks.
- Permitting compliance with safety requirements and liaison and coordination with other Departments as required.
- Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution.
- Reports resources and time utilised, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required whilst keeping all tasks & activities logged and updated.
- Trouble-shooting and Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solutions.
- Provide Technical Support to all machine breakdowns and changeovers.
- ONC / HNC / C&G Level 3 or equivalent Engineering qualification.
- Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prioritise work and meet deliverables which are time bound.
- Experience of working in a fast paced / FMCG environment is preferable but not required.
