gap technical are representing a market-leading manufacturing business seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to provide contract maintenance engineering services at their Manufacturing site in Wrexham.
Key Service Deliverables
- Provision of responsive breakdown support to minimise production disruption
- Execution of planned and preventative maintenance activities as agreed with site engineering leadership
- Electrical fault diagnosis using drawings, diagnostics, and equipment history
- Identification and rectification of recurring equipment faults, including implementation of permanent corrective actions
- Maintenance and optimisation of automated food production and packaging machinery
- Support for continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and uptime
- Collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operation
- Assistance with machinery modifications, upgrades, and repair works as required
- All services delivered in compliance with site health, safety, and food hygiene standards

- Time-served engineer or demonstrable equivalent industry experience
