Performance Objectives
- Answering calls/messages
- Responsible for co-ordinating the training budget
- Assist with new starter induction videos
- Occasionally create Sales & Purchase orders
- Assist with Drugs and Alcohol Testing
- Assist with organising corporate events
- Co-ordinating the Welwyn Informed Committee Meetings and taking minutes
- Co-ordinate succession planning tracker with line manager
- Co-ordinate work experience
- Organise Spec Savers Vouchers for employees
- Using door, barrier & Gate controls to receive visitors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Stock control of visitor PPE
- Explaining/issuing PPE & H&S requirements to visitors and contractors
- Receiving, distributing and sending post
- Booking Travel, accommodation, Hire Cars & Taxis
- Run Errands off site when required
- Data entry, word processing, spreadsheets
- Organising lunches for visitors and arranging conference rooms for meetings
- Inventory and receiving of Beverages and Stationery
- Security checking new starter & back up for visitor security checks
- Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness in reception
- General office duties including shredding, scanning, copying & filing
- Proactive in aiding others
Person Specification
- A-C GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths
- Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Full Driving Licence and Car
- Comfortable and experienced in communicating via telephone and email
- Experience of planning and prioritising to meet tight deadlines
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Good understanding of people and procedures
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels within the Company
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, immediate team members and other production teams
- IT proficiency with the ability to input and retrieve data
- Good time management and organisational skills
