ENGINEERING MANAGER - FOOD MANUFACTURING Location: Wrexham Salary: £70,000 We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance team at a busy food manufacturing site in Wrexham. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering team, ensuring the team is well organised, supported and delivering a reliable maintenance service to the production operation. This is a people-focused leadership role, with responsibility for team performance, development, maintenance standards and equipment reliability. You will work closely with Production and other site functions, while supporting the wider engineering strategy set by the Head of Engineering.
