About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape works for a high-profile resort development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark project in an international, expat-friendly location.

The successful candidate will take ownership of all landscaping elements, ensuring they are delivered to world-class standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full landscape scope of works from design through to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement of materials, plants, and specialist services.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Manage a diverse on-site team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record (8+ years) in managing large-scale landscape projects, ideally within resort, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of hard and soft landscaping.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
