We are looking for an accomplished CEO or COO-level leader with a strong track record of driving growth, operational performance and commercial results within the car rental industry. Have the opportunity to work in the beautiful expat friendly island of Saint Lucia and grow an exciting business. This is a full time role to be based in the Caribbean with relocation and housing subsidy provided.
Direct experience within car rental, automotive, mobility, leasing or fleet operations would be highly advantageous, but it is not essential.
We are equally interested in high-calibre operators from other consumer-facing, asset-heavy or service-intensive businesses, particularly:
- Hospitality and tourism
- Logistics and transportation
- Equipment or vehicle rental
- Multi-site retail and consumer services
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:
- Previous MD / CEO or COO-level experience
- Full P&L and operational accountability
- A proven record of delivering significant revenue and business growth
- Strong commercial instincts, including pricing, utilisation and margin optimisation
- Experience growing an asset-heavy or multi-site operation
- Success developing new channels, partnerships and revenue streams
- A strong understanding of customer experience and service delivery
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to day-to-day execution
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- An entrepreneurial approach and the ability to identify and execute new commercial opportunities
