Gap Talent is representing a leading global advisory firm seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to join their expanding Digital Cyber team. This opportunity is ideal for an established Manager or Senior Manager looking to take on a high-impact role with responsibility for leading engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of a cyber advisory practice.

The Role:

You will lead the delivery of cyber governance and advisory engagements, overseeing teams delivering cybersecurity controls assessments, technical advisory work, and strategic risk guidance to clients. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility across client delivery, team management, and supporting the continued expansion of the cyber offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee cybersecurity control assessments (e.g. NIST, CIS or equivalent frameworks)
  • Deliver cyber advisory engagements to senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and support new business opportunities within cyber services
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Provide insight on emerging cyber threats, regulatory expectations, and best practices

About You:

  • Experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within cyber security or IT risk
  • Strong background in cyber governance, risk, and control frameworks
  • Proven experience leading cyber control assessments
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP strongly preferred
  • Experience within a consulting or advisory environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
