Account Manager β Caribbean
Location: Caribbean (Please not this is not a remote role, Relocation is required and supported by the company)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of business accounts
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Generate new business and support customer acquisition initiatives
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver against revenue and growth targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Represent the business within the local community and networking environments
Requirement
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Telecommunications industry experience is essential
- Understanding of mobile, connectivity, voice, data, or related technology solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
