We are recruiting on behalf of a leading employee-owned training provider for a Youth Engagement Officer to support the delivery of the Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) Programme across Abergavenny, Abertillery, and Blackwood. The Role
As a Youth Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting young people onto the Jobs Growth Wales+ Programme. You will work closely with schools, community organisations, local employers, and internal teams to promote the programme and ensure learners receive the support they need to progress into training and employment.
Using a combination of relationship building, outreach, networking, and business development, you will help create opportunities that promote growth and success for young individuals.
