Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field are recruiting for Scanning Clerks on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis.

Job Role responsibility
- Prepare physical documentation for scanning by removing staples etc.
- Quality check completed scanned document and save document to file
- Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
- Index and catalogue documents according to established procedures.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all defined standards and processes.
