About the Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented administrators to support the Integrated Vaccination Service with a targeted data entry project.
Successful candidates will be responsible for accurately inputting vaccination records onto a national immunisation system and providing general administrative support to the team.
Full training will be provided.

- Accurately input vaccination data onto the national immunisation system.
- Process information from both paper and electronic consent forms.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
- Follow data protection and confidentiality procedures at all times.
- Assist with the organisation and management of vaccination records.
- Identify and escape discrepancies or incomplete information where appropriate.
