Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to develop their career within sales and account management. As the Sales Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of the sales operation, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full sales lifecycle, from quotation through to delivery and after‑sales support. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and key customers, building strong commercial relationships while developing skills in sales operations, customer management, data analysis, and internal collaboration. The role is ideal for someone motivated to use this position as part of their Personal Development Plan (PDP). This is a 100% office‑based role.
Performance Objectives
- Act as the first point of contact for sales and customer enquiries, delivering a professional and solutions‑focused service.
- Prepare accurate customer quotations and process sales orders, developing a strong understanding of pricing, discounts, and product structures.
- Support key accounts by managing schedules and monitoring delivery timelines.
- Proactively handle customer queries around deliveries, delays, and order status, escalating where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to resolve sales and delivery issues efficiently.
- Coordinate despatches, working with courier and freight partners to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain and analyse sales data, including KPIs, weekly revenue figures, and contract performance.
- Update CRM and internal systems, ensuring sales data is accurate and supports reporting and decision‑making.
- Provide effective after‑sales support to strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Support general office administration, including filing, post management, and maintaining sales documentation.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced sales environment.
