Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Quality Administrator on 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Quality Administrator, you will support the QHSE team in ensuring they deliver high quality documentation, maintain compliance and meet customer requirements. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will gain hands‑on experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, customer requirements and document control. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and develop skills that provide a strong foundation for a future career in Quality, QHSE, regulatory affairs or manufacturing.
Performance Objectives
- Completion of customer documentation requests.
- Generation Of Declaration of compliance documents.
- Supporting regulatory team with customer requests and site-based information.
- Manage document control program on SharePoint, updating all documents in-line with business requirements.
- Communicate changes to controlled documents to Talent Management team to facility training.
- Support departmental administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
- Keen to learn and develop knowledge of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
