Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Night Shift Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Full training will be provided.

Performance Objectives

  • Speaking with customers on the phone to take bookings and answer enquiries.
  • Putting data on to the system regarding booking loads in and out.
  • Creating diary bookings with customer bookings.
  • Dealing with stock enquiries.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Team on load status and general questions.
  • Giving site management updates on request.
  • Completing stock investigations.
  • Completing other general administration duties as and when required.

Person Specification

  • Ability to work on own initiative but also within a team.
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.
  • PC literate.
