We have been supplying temporary and permanent staff to our client for many years and as we have a good working relationship, due to an increase in their department, we are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work within their Accounts department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and resolve queries with supplier invoices, credit and debit notes.
- Accurately reconcile incoming vendor statements and raise queries where required.
- Arrange payment runs and monitor upcoming payment due dates to ensure timely payment.
- Manage incoming emails and post.
- General administration including filing and keeping accurate records.
- Assisting with Month End closing tasks.
- Assisting with annual stock take and auditing obligations.
- Light reporting to management teams using SAP.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to resolve queries resulting in timely payment of invoices.
- Liaise with external stakeholders whilst maintaining good trading relationships and positively represent the Sharp brand.
- Any additional tasks as deemed necessary.
