Shift Pattern: 4 on, 2 off rotating shifts — 8:00am–4:30pm or 11:30am–8:00pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling facility in Warsop (NG20). This is a hands-on role working on-site, helping to sort and separate recyclable materials to support efficient and environmentally responsible operations. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting recyclable materials from waste streams
  • Removing non-recyclable items by hand
  • Working safely on a production or conveyor line
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
  • Following all health, safety, and site procedures

About You

  • Happy to work in a manual, hands-on role
  • Comfortable working around waste and recyclable materials
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Good awareness of health and safety
  • No previous experience required — full training provided
