We are looking for two experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join our busy pop-up operation. This is an excellent opportunity for confident leaders who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are passionate about motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will be responsible for leading shifts of up to 80 warehouse colleagues, ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of customer service.
Available Positions:
- Day Shift (1 Position)
- 4 on / 4 off
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Salary: £31,868 per annum + £2,000 shift allowance
- Night Shift (1 Position)
- 4 on / 4 off
- 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Salary: £31,868 per annum + £2,000 shift allowance + £2,000 night shift allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation.
- Schedule, supervise, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
- Work closely with Operations Controllers to achieve outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor planned and unplanned absence, taking appropriate action where required.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, Slack, and face-to-face where necessary.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
About You:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience managing large teams (ideally up to 80 people).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work on their own initiative while remaining a strong team player.
- Flexibility to support different operational areas as required.
Experience within a pick/pack operation is highly desirable.
