Cold Work, Hot Opportunity!\\n\\nWe're recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy chilled warehouse team in Barnsley.\\n\\nWhether you’re looking for full-time this flexible role could be the perfect fit.\\n\\nPlease Note: Due to shift finish times, you must live locally or have your own transport.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nWorking in a chilled environment, your main responsibilities will include:\\n\\nPicking and packing chilled goods accurately and efficiently\\n\\nWorking to targets and following health & safety procedures\\n\\nKeeping the work area clean and organised\\n\\nEnsuring products are handled with care\\n\\nPay Rate: £12.73/hr up to 18:00 – £15.91/hr after 18:00\\n\\n• Weekend and OT Rates available\\n\\n• Christmas Peak Bonus – rules apply. Christmas Bonus:\\n\\n• Attendance Bonus from: £2.50 – £3.50/hr extra on certain days.\\n\\n• Performance Bonus from: £2.50 – £3.50/hr extra on certain days.\\n\\nOn top of the above, you could also get:\\n\\n• If you do all your planned shifts another attendance bonus: £125 paid in January\\n\\n• If your performance targets are hit: £100 paid in January\\n\\nPotential to earn:\\n\\n• Days up to: £19.73\\n\\n• Nights up to: £22.92\\n\\n• Weekend Days up to: £20.16\\n\\n• Weekend Nights up to: £24.19\\n\\nFull explanation of bonus will be discussed in Interview.\\n\\nHours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative are:\\n\\n• Start time between (Apply online only) till finish – Minimum of 6 hours Start times might vary during peak – Start window from 04:00-10:00\\n\\n• Working any 5 days out 7 (must be flexible)\\n\\nInterested please call our office on (phone number removed)
