Gap Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the team at our client location in Corby (NN17).

Start your career with a leading logistics provider! The warehouse operative role will include opportunities to train on HLOP and to move from temporary to permanent for the right candidates.

The role will involve handballing in the first couple of weeks before transitioning to operating the FLT. This is a full‑time night shift role.

The Role

  • To undertake warehouse duties as trained.
  • The warehouse operative role will include training on HLOP.
  • Ensure flow of stock through the distribution centre from receipt to dispatch.
  • Receive, pick, pack and load products.
  • Operate lifting equipment, manual or mechanical as trained.
  • Work to company key performance standards.
  • Work to health & safety standards as trained.
  • Play an active part in creating a safe working environment.

Contract Type

Temporary – ongoing.

Salary

£15.70 – £16.59.

Hours of work

  • Night shift: Monday to Friday 00:00 – 08:00am.
