About the Role
A respected and long-established agricultural supply business in Carmarthen is looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support its busy distribution operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse experience who are looking to join a stable company offering competitive pay and a positive team environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting a range of inward and outward goods transactions, including receiving, checking, and dispatching stock
- Performing various warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, and preparing goods for delivery
- Stock control, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies
- Operating manual handling equipment safely and effectively (training provided if needed)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all company procedures relating to health & safety and quality
