Warehouse Administrator (Nights)
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our night shift team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse operation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the warehouse operation during the night shift.
- Accurately processing warehouse documentation and maintaining records.
- Updating and managing data using internal systems.
- Producing reports and ensuring information is entered accurately and on time.
- Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team with administrative tasks as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration role.
- Strong IT skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous experience within a traffic, warehousing, or logistics environment is preferred.
- SAP experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

- Permanent night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30pm β 6:00am.
- 40-hour working week.
