Job description of the Warehouse Admin:
Working as part of a small team to provide Technical Admin support, and reporting to the Technical Administrator Lead
Generating batch sheets for use in production
Producing hazardous labels for finished products
Maintaining stationery supplies for the office & label printing
Producing, editing & publishing technical documentation for transport, health & safety, customer information etc
Dealing with queries from customers and clients
Assisting with regulatory compliance tasks and helping to develop systems for various quality and environmental accreditations
Ideal candidate must have had experience doing the following:
Providing administrative and clerical support and cover to other departments, as required. Use of various IT systems and packages.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday β Friday 08.30 β 17.00 with 1 hour lunch
