Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for a skilled Stick Welder to join our client in Walsall. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position after just 3 months. If you're an experienced Stick Welder looking for long-term stability and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.
Working Hours: Day Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with an early finish every Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Stick Welding on mild steel components to produce high-quality welds
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate and precise welds
- Completing basic fabrication tasks alongside welding when needed
- Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to maximize efficiency
