We are delighted to be recruiting for a Travel Consultant for a great client based in Bispham. This is a role within an extremely supportive and friendly team. If you are organised and detail orientated and want to work in an exciting industry, this is the role for you!! This role is suitable for people commuting from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Blackpool, Layton, Hambleton and South Shore. Travel Consultant Salary: £24,500 OTE £27,000 Travel consultant hours: 35 hours between 8am and 5:30pm Monday- Friday Travel Consultant company benefits: -33 Days holiday (including BH) -Onsite parking -Great in-house incentives -Flexible working Travel Consultant roles and responsibilities: – Delivery of exceptional customer service and operational administration. -tailor making itineraries reflecting the requirements of the group. -Creating package costings. -Liaising with suppliers and negotiating costs. -Development of client and supplier relationships. -Market research -Contribute to identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures etc. Travel Consultant Key competencies: – Exceptional customer service. – Problem Solving. -Ability to work under own initiative. – IT Proficient. -Strong time management skills. -Adaptable and flexible.
