We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Southend-on-Sea for motivated and reliable individuals to join their team as Trainee Print Finishers. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the print and manufacturing industry.
Full training will be provided, so no previous print finishing experience is required — however, a background in a factory or manufacturing environment is essential.
Shift Patterns & Pay
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday | £12.71 per hour
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00, Monday to Friday (training period), then moving to Sunday to Thursday once competent | £13.34 per hour

- Assisting with print finishing processes as part of a production team
- Following instructions and procedures during the training period
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Meeting production targets and quality standards
