We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT driver for our client based in Trafford Park, M17. The company is a global provider of stored electrical‑energy solutions for the transportation and industrial markets.
The role will involve operating a Counterbalance truck; you will also be required to perform other tasks including manual handling up to 25kg solo lifting. It will involve heavy lifting as the product will include a wide range of batteries for different uses. The purpose of this role is to keep the production line fed and replenished at all times, perform housekeeping and other ad‑hoc tasks, and be integral to the daily production.
Shifts: Monday to Friday – rotating 3 weeks 6am‑2pm and 1 week 8am‑4pm. Overtime hours available on Saturday at 1.5× pay rate and Sunday – double pay (after working 40 hours/week).
Pay rate: £12.21/hour. Uplift pay rate after reaching 12 weeks.
