We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/FLT driver for our Client based in Trafford Park, M17. The company is a global provider of stored electrical-energy solutions for the transportation and industrial markets.
The role will involve operating a Counterbalance truck; however, you will be required to perform other tasks including manual handling up to 25kg solo lifting. It will involve heavy lifting as the product will include a wide range of batteries for different uses. The purpose of this role is to keep the production line fed and replenished at all times, along with housekeeping and other ad-hoc tasks, which are integral to the daily production.
Shifts: Monday to Friday - rotating 3 weeks 6am-2pm and 1 week of 8am-4pm. Overtime hours available on Saturday at x1.5 pay rate and Sunday - double pay (after working 40 hours/week).
Pay rate: £12.21/hour. Uplift pay rate after reaching 12 weeks.
