Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Shunter Driver for one of our clients based in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

Hours of work: various working hours between 12.00 Noon till 10pm, 4 days between Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely manoeuvre HGVs, ensuring proper positioning for loading, unloading, or parking.
  • Operate shunting equipment or vehicles with precision.
  • Collaborate with warehouse or logistics personnel to coordinate the movement of HGVs according to operational needs.
  • Basic duties in the despatch department such as scanning product, picking orders, wrapping ready pallets for product shipment, loading the product onto the trailers.

Willing to invest in training for the candidate, although experience in such an environment is welcome.

Pay: £14.92 plus £50 per week bonus.
