Our client based in Wrexham are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Telesales Executive, you will join a team focused on driving growth and building strong customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on building a high-quality pipeline for the sales team by promoting our clients' products.

Your day will start with a team huddle to share wins and tackle challenges, then dive into prospecting—making calls, leveraging social media, and identifying opportunities with potential clients. Full training is on offer for those with a hunger to succeed. This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads. Career progression and future earning potential is available for a candidate driven to succeed. This is a 100% office-based role.

Performance Objectives

  • Making outbound calls (up to 100 per day) and engaging prospects via phone and social media.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities based on specific selection criteria.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed CRM database.
  • Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers' problems.

Person Specification

  • Tenacious and confident on the phone.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, especially with CRM updates.
  • Goal-driven and motivated by results.
  • Previous experience of outbound calling is a must.
  • Strong relationship building and discovery questioning is a plus.
  • Hunger to grow and develop.
  • Resilient.
  • Some prior sales or lead generation experience is hugely advantageous.
  • Able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal communication.
  • Good numeracy skills.
