Gap personnel are looking for Forklift Counterbalance drivers to join our well established client based in Tamworth with an immediate start!

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a professional and efficient warehouse team, responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift and supporting with general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods from containers
  • Move stock into and out of warehouse racking
  • Relocate inventory within the warehouse to accommodate new deliveries
  • Use handheld scanners to check and allocate stock
  • Assist with manual handling of smaller items
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid external counterbalance forklift licence
  • Clamp experience is desirable (training can be provided)
  • Willingness to support with general warehouse duties
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening at induction
  • Looking for a long-term position with growth potential

Shift Pattern:

Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

Evening rate applies after 6pm: £16.32 per hour
