As a Food Production Operative, you will work hands-on in the factory production area, supporting the full cycle of food preparation and packaging. You will handle ingredients, operate basic production equipment (after training), check product quality, weigh and portion items accurately, package finished goods, and ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
