Job Title: E-Comm Packer
Location: Swindon, SN3
Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour, raising to £13.45 after 12 weeks
Shifts: Fixed shifts Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm, or 10am – 6pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Gap personnel are proud to be working together with a largest global manufacturer of Lead‑Acid and Lithium‑ion batteries based in Swindon, who are currently looking for 3 E‑comm packers to join and to support a busy manufacturing company.
Job Duties:
- Picking and packing items according to online orders.
- Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
- Weighing and labelling packages.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in packing areas.
- Using barcode scanners and inventory management systems

Previous experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment and e-commerce department.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
- Experience in the use of scanning equipment.
