Job term: Ongoing work with temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12:30pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job description: A great opportunity to work for a global technical production company based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The ideal candidate will need to be a good communicator and interested in progressing in a busy stores department.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate care and attention to handle stocks and assets throughout the whole supply chain process
- Ensure parts are picked off the shelf and kitted using FIFO
- Check incoming goods and book material onto computer system
- Pack products for despatch in line with packaging procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- PC literate, good communication skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions from colleagues.
- Full valid UK driving licence required.
- Previous experience in warehouses and stock management preferred.
- GCSEs in maths and English required.
