Location: Southend-on-Sea
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 39 hours per week Monday till Friday, 7am to 4pm (Early finish every Friday!)

About the Role
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Southend-on-Sea for enthusiastic and experienced CNC Operators to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern machinery and fantastic working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating CNC machines efficiently according to production targets and technical drawings.
- Loading and unloading materials safely and accurately.
- Carrying out quality checks on finished components using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Performing basic maintenance checks and keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Reporting any machine faults or quality issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery (milling, turning, or routing).
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and team-player attitude.
