Overview
Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Solderer for our client in Telford. This is a role best suited to someone who has used soldering equipment previously. This role is temporary that could lead to permanent. Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am – 5:30pm Pay: GBP12.21 per hour
Responsibilities

Perform hand soldering of electronic components

Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions

Use soldering irons, heat guns, and other tools safely and effectively

Prepare and position components prior to soldering

Identify and repair soldering defects

Work with small parts with precision and attention to detail

Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Use of soldering equipment and hand tools
