Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field recruiting for Scanning Clerks on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilising your organisational and data entry skills. Shift: Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 15:30PM (37.5 hours a week).
Pay: £12.71 Per hour.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare physical documentation for scanning by removing staples etc.
- Quality check completed scanned documents and save documents to file.
- Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
- Index and catalogue documents according to established procedures.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all defined standards and processes.
We require candidates to have:

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Prior experience in scanning and/or indexing is preferred, but not required.
