Job Description:
We are offering a great opportunity to work for one of Staffordshire\’s major manufacturers and market leaders in steel manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with internal and external customers. The candidate must be able to follow instructions and possess good communication skills to work effectively as part of a team. The role involves targeting key prospects through direct approaches, cold calling, social media, and networking to generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Main Duties:
- Sales invoice reconciliation
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with external customers
- PO processing
- Responding to internal and external customers
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Filing
- General office duties
Required Experience:
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred; however, full training will be provided.
