Resourcer
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm
Salary: Β£26,000-Β£28,00 dependent on experience + Bonus

Location: Southend
Role & Responsibilities:-
Develop and manage a comprehensive candidate database using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media platforms, and CRM systems to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Source, identify, and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and the internal database, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
Write creative job advertisements and post across multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring alignment with required skills, experience, and organizational values.
Conduct pre-employment screening, including reference checks, right-to-work verification, and compliance with legal and company standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system to support tracking and reporting activities.
Manage candidate availability and coordinate deployments for temporary assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, staying in regular contact with both active and passive talent to ensure engagement and retention.
Support consultants with booking coordination, on boarding processes, and compliance checks to ensure smooth placements and client satisfaction.
Assist the branch in achieving both financial and non-financial targets, contributing to overall team success.
Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients and candidates and adapt to changing recruitment landscapes.
Skills & Experience:-
Skilled in sourcing candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the process
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Team-focused, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs
Full UK driving licence with access to own transport
