Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Abercynon
Salary: Β£12.21 β Β£13.43 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: You will be expected to rotate the 3 shifts.
- Monday to Friday 7am β 3pm
- Monday to Friday 3pm β 11pm
- Sunday to Thursday 11pm β 7am

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-growing manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and expanding team within a clean and well-run production facility.
As a Production Operative, youβll play an essential role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help maintain smooth and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
- Pack finished products for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
