Production Manager Exeter Permanent gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for their client based near Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing food manufacturer, with a healthcare bias. The successful candidate will come with BRC and SALSA audit knowledge and lean process application. Duties, but not limited to: Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met Creating a labour plan to match the production schedule Working within and applying BRC framework Ensuring all quality requirements are met in production Deliver on time and in full to the production schedule Ensuring that all operators are trained and performing to the required standard Ensuring that processes run efficiently and OEE is maximised The successful candidate will be practical with an engineering bias, be results orientated, resilient, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver on time. Kaizen and Six Sigma problem solving skills would be an advantage. Working Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week £50,000 per annum Transport required due to location. Successful candidates will be pro-active team workers, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
