As a Production Assembler, you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to key operations.
Job duties:
- Dismantle, inspect, assemble and test automotive components to strict quality standards
- Operate hand tools, air tools, presses, and specialist production equipment safely and efficiently
- Consistently achieve or exceed production targets
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
- Identify defects, process issues, and improvement opportunities proactively
- Support training of less experienced operators where required
- Demonstrate flexibility across multiple departments and product lines
The candidate:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive production
- Proven track record working successfully in target-driven manufacturing environments
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent reliability, attendance, and timekeeping
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
