Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.15pm & Friday 7.30am-4.00pm

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour

Full-Time: gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit multiple Production Assemblers for a continuously growing business based in Weston-Super-Mare, BS24.

As a Production Assembler, you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to key operations.

Job duties:

  • Dismantle, inspect, assemble and test automotive components to strict quality standards
  • Operate hand tools, air tools, presses, and specialist production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Consistently achieve or exceed production targets
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
  • Identify defects, process issues, and improvement opportunities proactively
  • Support training of less experienced operators where required
  • Demonstrate flexibility across multiple departments and product lines

The candidate:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive production
  • Proven track record working successfully in target-driven manufacturing environments
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent reliability, attendance, and timekeeping
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing production environment
