We are looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across office areas, canteen facilities, welfare areas, and toilets at our Preston site.

The successful candidate will help ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, corridors, and communal areas.
  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing hygiene products.
  • Cleaning and maintaining canteen and kitchen areas, including worktops, tables, appliances, and sinks.
  • Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns.
  • Ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
  • Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
