The Role:
- Safely and humanely catch, handle, and load poultry in line with strict animal welfare standards
- Work as part of a team to collect birds from designated sheds and prepare them for transport
- Place birds carefully into crates, ensuring minimal stress and adherence to welfare guidelines
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and biosecurity at all times, including PPE use and sanitation procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles in a controlled and efficient manner

Experience:
