Role Overview
As a SOC Operative, you will monitor security systems, CCTV, and alarms, respond to incidents, provide first‑line technical support, and ensure continuity of operations. You will uphold high standards of confidentiality and compliance, supporting both proactive and reactive security measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems, responding to incidents promptly
- Escalate issues according to protocols and liaise with internal teams and emergency services
- Conduct system checks and report faults
