Role: Picker Packer Location: Cardiff Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm Pay: £12.21 We are looking for a Picker Packer to join our busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Feeding pallets into the bay for processing. Removing full pallets from the bay and transporting them to the warehouse for wrapping. Wrapping pallets securely for dispatch. Moving wrapped pallets to the goods-out area ready for shipment. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting throughout the shift. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
