Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am 2.30pm
Pay: £13.00 £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 8 weeks
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our client s busy finance team on a part‑time basis. This role will start as temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent after 8 weeks for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of supplier invoices and match to purchase orders
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger records
- Match invoices to goods received (GRNs)
- Operate accounting systems including Sage and Xero
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for the Finance Manager
- Provide general admin support to the finance team and wider business
Key Skills & Attributes
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Excel
- Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
