We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Packaging Machine Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing team in Port Talbot. This is a permanent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments, particularly within packaging or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor automated machinery to ensure consistent output and product quality
- Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and respond to minor faults
- Follow strict safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with shift teams to meet production targets and minimise downtime
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: 22:00 – 06:00
- Week 3: 14:00 – 22:00
- £12.21 per hour base rate
- 30% shift allowance = £15.87 per hour total
- Permanent contract with full training and onboarding

- Proven experience in fast-moving goods production, ideally involving pharmaceutical, or metal-based packaging (e.g. tins, containers, closures)
